我们家烤蜜汁叉烧排骨,开始会先用中温烤,烤至熟后,才涂上蜜酱,过后就高温烤至表面有一些焦糖色。这样不只可以收干排骨表面水分,也带来外酥内嫩的口感。希望大家喜欢。

蜜汁叉烧排骨材料
1kg排骨
1大匙半白糖
6瓣蒜头
5大匙叉烧酱
2大匙辣椒酱
1大匙绍兴酒
1大匙半蚝油
1茶匙半红曲粉(天然红色素)
1大匙清水
120ml蜜糖
注:
若不方便买到红曲粉,可用适量的橙红色水(食用色素)代替。
Honey Sauce Barbecued Pork Ribs Ingredients
1kg pork ribs
1 1/2tbsp sugar
6 cloves garlic
5 tbsp char siu sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tsp red yeast rice powder (natural red pigment)
1 tbsp water
120ml honey
Note:
If it is not convenient to buy red yeast rice powder, you can use some of orange-red food coloring instead.
