BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOPS *IN THE NINJA FOODI GRILL

A walk through how to make the best Baked Stuffed Pork Chops using a RITZ crumb coating, Garlic Purée and Stove Top Stuffing with added Peppers & Onions. These Pork Chops are moist and full of flavor, with the perfect crunch on the outside! Air crisped to perfection in the Ninja Foodi Grill… but don’t worry, you can easily make them in the Foodi too!

*Crumb Coating
– 2 cups of finely crushed RITZ crackers (use a meat tenderizer (flat side) and zip lock bag)
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
*Stuffing
– 1 box/bag stove top stuffing mix (flavor optional)
– 1 and 1/2 cup water
– 1 tsp better than bouillon (I used chicken flavor)
– 3-4 tbs butter (optional)
– 1 cup finely chopped pepper & onion medley (or veggies of your choice)
*For Pork Chops
– 4 thick cut boneless pork chops (butterfly cut them)
– egg wash (3 eggs whisked)
– seasoned flour (or unseasoned if preferred)
– Ritz crumb mixture

*Prepare stuffing on stove top according to package instructions. When its time to add stuffing mixture ADD your veggies with it and mix. Set aside. Lay your chops and butterfly cut starting opposite the ‘fatty’ side. (*do not cut all the way through) Close pork chop and place in flour, flip, flour. Then in egg wash, flip, then into crumb mixture. Coat well in crumb mixture. Set your pork chops in the Foodi Grill base pot. (*I spritzed with avocado oil first, optional) You can also insert toothpicks to keep them nestled but its not required. Pre-heat grill and add your Pork Chops. Use the Air Crisp function 375° for 18 minutes, check halfway and spritz again with avocado oil (optional). Add additional time for desired crispness or if they are still very thick when butterfly cut. Serve with your favorite sides.
