Barbecue Freezer Meals Challenge – Day 2 – Oh Canada Pork Chops | pork chop barbecue recipes

Welcome to Day 2 of our BBQ Freezer Meals Challenge. Today I’m showing you how easy it is to make healthy, flavourful recipes to put in your freezer and bring out at a later date to barbecue. For all of the challenge details, join the “Epic Kitchen Hacks with Lindsay” on Facebook.

Oh Canada Pork Chops
Ingredients:
Day of assembly
2 Tbsp (30 ml) Oh Canada Dry Glaze or dry glaze of your choice.
1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
16 oz (450 g) boneless pork loin chops, (try chicken breast or 18 oz. Salmon fillet. Cook time will vary)
Preparation: Combine dry glaze and oil in a re-sealable bag or bowl, add pork, and mix well to coat. Let marinate in fridge for at least 10 minutes and up to 24 hours, or freeze for up to 2 weeks. Thaw overnight in fridge if frozen.
Cooking instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium and lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking. Place pork chops on grill and cook for 5–6 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with DIY Grilled Corn and a fresh salad with your choice of dressings.
Oh Canada Dressing:
1 Tbsp Oh Canada Dry Glaze
2 Tbsp Honey Mustard
1/4 C oil
1/8 C balsamic vinegar
Mix or shake all the ingredients together, and drizzle over you favourite salad fixins!
