Ingredients ??
1 kilo pork belly ribs
DRY RUBBED
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme(dry)
1 tsp oregano (dry)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp ginger powder
HOMEMADE STICKY BBQ SAUCE
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbs mustard
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp molasses
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
can also use on chicken too
