Cast Iron Pork Chops | Cooked BBQ Ribs | Best pork ever | Cooking from frozen

We want to share how easy is to cook our food!

Pork Chops on the cast iron:

Preheat your skillet, then add your chops , we cooked them from frozen.

Since your skillet will be hot and it will sear the chop, after the first 5 mins of cooking, reduce the temp so you don’t burn your chops.

Cooking time varies depending how you like your pork chops, some people like them well done (157F) .
We prefer pork chops at 145F which means the chop is tender and not overcooked, its color is clear and is juicy. At 140 it has a light pink and is more tender.

So for about a total of 15 mins with a 5 min rest, you can have a delicious pork chop! Or you can have 2 pork chops and no side!! Meat on Meat!!

The BBQ Ribs

Our Ribs are already cooked, so all you have to do is re heat them and eat them!
We preheated the oven 350 F and reheated the Ribs for about 35 mins. Also, I have done the same for 400 F for 30 mins and they caramelize very nicely. And just like that, you are the new Chef Gourmet at home! Enjoy!
