Welcome to my first video!
Thought I would start off with my Cheerwine ribs! Cheerwine in a SE favorite and it works great in recipes!!

3 to 4 cups cheerwine
2 cups bbq sauce of choice
REDUCE soda by half then add sauce and leave on low.
clean and trim ribs and season with musket powder ( link below)
smoke at 250* for three hours.
remove from the smoker and cover with sauce, and wrap in foil.
smoke for another two hours.
remove from smoker let sit for an hour!
