Ingredients
2kg Skinless Shoulder of Pork
250ml BBQ Sauce
BBQ Seasoning
2 tsp BBQ Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Salt
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
25ml Liquid Smoke
50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method
1. Mixed all BBQ season ingredients together then rub all over pork joint.
2. Place season pork joint into a baking bag, seal bag, place in a baking tray
3. Bake at 170c for 3 hours. Take out of oven leave to rest for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from bag, place in a baking dish then shred with a fork.
5. Mix in the BBQ sauce well in to the shredded pork.
6. Cover and put back into the oven, bake for a further 15 minutes.
7. Shredded pork can be served in a wrap, bap, in a jacket potato or with chips.

Tips
Great served with salad. Add chilli pepper sauce to give pork a kick.
