Ingredients:
– 3 lb boneless pork shoulder/butt
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 pieces southern fermented beancurd
– 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp shaoxing cooking wine
– 1 tbsp five spice

Instructions:
– Slice the 3 lb of pork into four.
– In a bowl, combine the beancurd, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, honey & five spice. Pour the mixture into a bowl with pork & let marinate for 8 hrs or overnight.
– Hang the pork in the grill. Grill for 40 mins.
