How to make BBQ Fall-off-the-bone ribs in the oven at home / Simple ribs recipe

Hello everybody,

In this video i will show you how to make BBQ Fall-off-the-bone ribs in the oven at home. This is a very simple ribs recipe you can cook at home for your family and friends.

For the ribs recipe you will need:

2 short pork ribs off which you need to cut most of the fat.
250 grams / 9 oz ketchup
50 ml / 2 oz whiskey
20 gr / 1 tbs salt
40 gr / 2 tbs brown sugar
3 gr / 1/2 tbs dry basil
3 gr / 1/2 tbs dry thyme
50 ml / 2 tbs olive oil
6 gr / 1 tbs dry garlic
6 gr / 1 tbs smoked chilly paprika
6 gr / 1 tbs black pepper
100 gr / 2 large spoons of honey

Mix it all together and pour it on the ribs. Wrap it up and put in the fridge for 4 hours to marinade.

Place the marinaded ribs in a tray and pour 200 ml / 6 oz of water, 50 ml / 2 oz of whiskey and 50 ml / 2 oz of olive oil. Wrap the trey in aluminium foil air tight and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius / 376 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours.
After the 3 hours in the oven you take off the aluminium foil and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius / 502 degrees Fahrenheit.
