How to make Chinese BBQ Pork – Char Siu – Como fazer Porco Caramelizado no forno! Chinese-Inspired!

Ingredients:

2lbs of pork shoulder
2 cubes of red bean curds,
1 tbsp of the red bean juice,
2 tbsp of hoisin sauce,
2 tbsp of soy sauce,
1 tsp sesame oil,
2 tbsp of honey,
1 tbsp of 5 spice powder,
1/2 tsp white pepper,
2 grated garlic cloves. 1 kg de lombo de porco
2 cubos de “red bean curds”,
1 col de sopa do suco de feijão vermelho,
2 col. de sopa de molho hoisin,
2 col. de sopa de molho de soja, 1 col. de chá de óleo de gergelim,
2 col. de sopa de mel,
1 col de sopa de 5 temperos em pó,
1/2 col chá de pimenta branca e
2 dentes de alho picados.

For the Glaze:
2 tbsp of honey and
2-3 tsp of red bean curd. Para caramelizar:
2 col de sopa de mel e
2-3 col de chá de “red bean curds” (veja em mercados Chineses).
