::::::::::::::::::::
Ingredients:
4-5 eggs
0.5 lb bean spouts
1/4 cup snow peas
some shredded carrots
3-4 tbsp corn starch
some salt for taste
Substitutable:
shredded BBQ pork
shredded chicken
some prawns
mushrooms
**you may add more vegetables to make it vegetable foo yung**
Method:
1. Precook the bean spouts, snow peas, carrot and your choice of substitutable ingredients. Strain/drain the pre-cook ingredients.
2. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add the pre-cook ingredients. Then proceed to add cornstarch and salt. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
3. Lightly oil the wok or cooking pan, pour in the foo yung batter to make it approximately 8” (size is adjustable according to personal preference).
4. Let it cook for a while before flipping it, flip as required to ensure the foo yung is full cook.
Enjoy!
