Pork Steak

• 1 kilo of pork Shoulder (Kasim) Thinly Slice
• ¼ cup of soy sauce
• 5 pieces lime or calamansi
• ½ tsp ground black pepper

• 4 gloves of Garlic
• 1 Onion

• 3 pieces onions sliced
• 2 cups water
• 2 teaspoon granulated brown sugar
• ½ tsp. ground black pepper
• 1 pork cubes
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 5 pcs lime or calamansi

1. Combine pork shoulder thinly slice, ¼ cup soy sauce, ½ tsp. ground black pepper and 5 pcs lime juice in a large bowl. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat a pan then pour-in cooking oil.
3. Sauté garlic and Onion and marinated pork in medium heat for at least 10 minutes.
4. Pour-in the remaining marinade and 2 cups of water and let boil. Add-in the pork cubes, soy sauce, ground black pepper and brown sugar and then stir.
5. Simmer for 45 minutes or until the pork is tender. Note: Add water as needed.
6. Add another 5 lime or calamansi
7. Put-in the onions Ring and cook for 2 minutes
8. Turn-off heat and transfer to a serving plate.
9. Serve. Share and enjoy!
