Smoked Ribs on the Weber Kettle::
Today I’m showing How to Make Smoked Pork Butt on the Weber kettle. We’ll be using Uncle Steve’s Shake BBQ rub. The Thick meat rub will be our base layer followed by the Competition Pig Powder newly developed by Steve and approved by Daddy Dutch BBQ who was titled Grand Champion of his latest BBQ competition using this rub.
