Juicy Grilled Pork Chops is one juicy and tasty grilled pork chop that is really delicious. What stands-out is seasoning them with our marinade which makes ordinary dishes taste better.
So first we have to make our brine:
Fill in with 750 mL water, 2 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of Black Pepper Corn, 5 pcs laurel leaves, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 cloves of crushed garlic, and boil our mixture.
Lets proceed with our pork chops:
Slice the skin/fat of our meat to prevent it from curling up later while cooking, set aside while awaiting for our brine.
Making our marinade sauce:
In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon powdered black pepper, 2 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon paprika, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, mix well together and set aside.
By this time, our brine is ready and all cooled-down, place the pork chops meat in a container evenly and pour our brine into it. Let it sit and marinate for a good 30 minutes or up to overnight. We coat the marinated pork chop meat with our marinade sauce generously and evenly on both sides.
Preheat our stove top griller, and place our pork chops. Once cooked, transfer to a plate and ready to serve our VERY JUICY GRILLED PORK CHOPS.
– Pork Chop
For our brine
– Water (750mL )
– Salt (2 tbsp.)
– Black Pepper Corn (2 tbsp.)
– Laurel Leaves (5pcs)
– Soy Sauce (4 tbsp.)
– Garlic crushed (6 cloves)
For our marinade:
– Salt (2 tbsp.)
– Black Pepper Powder (1 tbsp.)
– Sugar (2 tbsp.)
– Paprika (2 tbsp.)
– Soy Sauce (6 tbsp.)
– Cooking Oil (2 tbsp.)
