NO OVEN, NO GRILL BBQ PORK RIBS I MASARAP NA PANG NOCHE BUENA SA DARATING NA KAPASKUHAN

Simple Filipino- style bbq pork ribs simmered in an easy homemade barbecue sauce. With no oven or grill and with only a few ingredients. Seared the ribs then add the mixed barbecue sauce plus water in a wok or cooking pot and let them slow cooked for 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours until the pork ribs is tender. The resulting pork ribs were so tender and the sauce is thick and flavourful. Serve with rice or corn on the cob. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 1/2kg pork ribs, cut into pieces
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– 1/2 small size lemon or 3 pieces calamansi
– 1/2 cup banana ketchup
– 1/4 cup bbq marinade ( mama sita’s bbq marinade ) or you can use any brand of your choice
– 4 teaspoons soy sauce
– 3 to 4 drops worcestershire sauce
– 3 teaspoons sugar ( you adjust the amount of sugar to your taste )
– 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
– 1 1/2 cups water ( add more if necessary )
– 2 pieces dried chili ( if you want more spicy, add more chili )

* Slow cooked on low heat for 11/2 to 2 hours until the ribs is tender.
