Try my version of oven-grilled bbq pork belly strips. Quick and easy to make and perfect for Filipino HANDAAN, SALO-SALO or FIESTA. Ofcourse you can grill this using charcoals.
Bbq ingredients:
800 grams pork belly strips
1/2 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 head garlic (crushed, minced or chopped)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground black pepper
Basting ingredients:
1/2 cup marinade sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp atsuete seeds
