Recipe:
10 pcs pork chop
Rock Salt
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Calamansi
Margarine

Procedure:
Prepare the calamansi juice by squeezing 10 pcs calamansi

Then remove the top layer skin of the meat

Mix the soy sauce with the squeezed calamansi juice

Season the meat with rock salt, pepper and toyomansi

Pre-heat your pan and melt 2 tbsp of margarine

Fry the porkchop
