I’m showing you guys how I prep and smoke BBQ Pork Ribs. I Start by removing the membranes on the bone side. Next I pat the ribs dry using a lot of paper towels. I use mustard as a binder. I apply my rub. I smoke my ribs for 4 hours at 220 and then wrap them in foil and stick them back in for another 2 hours or until my ribs hit 195. I smoked my Ribs with Pecan and Cherry wood.
