Spicy BBQ Glazed Pork Ribs Korean Style recipe
Spicy BBQ Korean Chilli Sauce ingredients
250 g Gochujang paste
50 g soy sauce
50 g sesame oil
25 g grated ginger
25 g chopped garlic
20 g fish sauce
15 g sea salt
30 g sugar
1 lime juice
3 tsp BBQ sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 rack of ribs (1 kg)

) and add the rest of the ingredients to give it that BBQ smoky flavor
▪︎ place your racks into the aluminium foil and coat it entirely with the sauce, wrap them and let them marinade in the fridge for 24 hours, refrigerate the rest of the sauce, you will need it for later
▪︎after 24 hrs the ribs will be tenderized because of the marinade
▪︎turn on the oven at 230 degrees set on fan, once on temperature place the ribs in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes
▪︎ after this time take off the ribs and glaze each rack with 1 tbsp with the leftover marinade you kept from the day before, place them back into the oven for other 20 minutes.
