The Best Keto Oven Roasted BBQ Pork Spare Ribs! Yes in my opinion they are the best. Theses are slow roasted and full of flavor. These are a crowd fave guaranteed. AND they are easy breezy!
Slab of pork spare ribs
Chicago or Montreal Steak Seasoning
Salt to taste
Sugar Free G Hughes Maple Brown or Hickory flavored BBQ sauce
Wash dry ribs and place on a well foiled line baking sheet. 3 to 4 layers of foil please and a piece of parchment paper on top of foil
Season well with Steak seasoning and salt
Tightly seal baking sheet with foil. Making sure no holes
Bake in a 250 to 300 degree preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours until fall off the bone tender.
Remove from oven, crank oven temp to 400 degrees and remove top foil from ribs
Spread BBQ sauce all over ribs to cover
Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 15 mins and remove from oven
Spread another layer of BBQ sauce to cover and Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins more.
Remove from oven. Let ribs rest 15 mins. Cut and enjoy!
