Pork Chops or Chops trimmed from a Prairie Fresh Pork Loin
Favorite Rub (Used a mixture of garlic, pepper and salt)
Get preferred grill to 500 degrees
Rub the pork chops with salt, liberally, on both sides and let sit out for 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Then, season with your seasoning of choice. Let the seasoning sit for 10 minutes.
Place the chops on the grill, well spaced. Grill for 4-5 minutes, or until the sides start to turn white. Then flip. Only flip once. Cook to an internal temperature of 140-145 degrees. Let rest for at least five minutes.
