3 bulgogi recipes w/Ajumma BBQ sauce: Bulgogi rice, Bulgogi noodles, Bulgogi burger (불고기 라이스,버거,누들)

Let’s make bulgogi and enjoy in different ways!

Bulgogi
Ajumma korean BBq sauce 200g
Sliced beef 500g
Carrot 70g
Onion 120g
Leeks 50g
Cooking oil 10ml

1. Slice onion. Cut carrot into long thin strips. Slice leeks with an angle.
2. Heat the pan and coat with cooking oil.
3. Add leeks, carrot and onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add beef and mix with vegetable quickly.
5. Add Korean BBQ sauce. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until beef is done.
6. Now, let’s enjoy Bulgogi in different and fun ways.

Bulgogi rice
Bulgogi 300g
Rice 1 portion(200g)
Sesame oil 15g
Lettuce 30g
Coriander(wansoy) 5g

1. Place rice on the plate. Put bulgogi next to rice.
2. Garnish with lettuce and coriander.
3. Drizzle sesame oil on top.

Bulgogi noodles
Bulgogi 300g
Vermicelli noodle 100g
Sesame oil 15g
Lettuce 30g
Coriander(wansoy) 5g

1. Boil vermicelli noodles for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain.
2. In a heated pan, add bulgogi and let it boil. Cut vermicelli noodles and add to bulgogi.
Stir fry for 2 minutes. Mix noodles well to observe BBQ sauce.
3. Transfer to plate. Garnish with lettuce and coriander. Drizzle sesame oil.

Bulgogi burger
Bulgogi 200g
Pandesal(or dinner roll) 2pc
Mozzarella cheese 100g
Lettuce 30g
Coriander 5g

1. In a heated pan, add bulgogi and mozzarella cheese. Turn to low heat and let cheese melt.
2. Cut in the middle of bread for about 3/4depth. Open the bread and fill with lettuce and bulgogi. Garnish with coriander.
