INGREDIENTS:
2-3 Pork Baby Back Ribs (iberico), 500g/each
PORK BARBECUE SAUCE:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp chili garlic paste
3 INCHES GINGER
1 CUP LIGHT SOY SAUCE
1/2 CUP brown sugar
1/2 CUP HALF CUP PEAR JUICE
1/2 CUP CUP TOMATO KETCHUP
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 Tbsp corn oil or vegetable oil
FOR THE SIDE DISH:(Optional)
1 piece of zucchini
4 medium potatoes
half tsp dried oregano
half tsp dried thyme
half tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic bits / you can use fresh chop garlic
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients
Put in the oven for 220°C – for 25 Minutes
COLESLAW:
Half Cabbage thinly slice.
3 Carrots thinly slice.
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp White Sugar or Honey
Salt & Pepper
Mix all ingredients
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RIBS:
Blender the Sauce and ingredients together.
put the pork ribs in a metal hotel pan or pyrex that can fit the ribs.
then pour the sauce mixture over the pork and rub thoroughly.
Put it in the oven for 220°C – for 2 Hours
Add more barbecue Sauce then put it again in the oven for broiling about 250°C -15 minutes.
Plate and Serve with roasted vegetables and Coleslaw or just serve it Family Style.
