Beer Can Chicken with White BBQ sauce

Ingredients used for the white BBQ sauce are:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

hey guys welcome back the triple areback drilling for today’s video we’regonna be doing Beer Can Chicken with thewhite barbecue sauce I remembercorrectly the last time we did thisrecipe was when my niece Abel was herejust before she left the boot camp tobecome a Marine Ava here’s to you nowlet’s go inside and get things going heyguys alright we’re back inside as youcan see I have my chicken got my dry rubseasoning for the chicken got my mustardand my beard for the Beer Can Chickenlet’s get startednow we’re ready for the grill hey guyswe’re back outside at the grill so asyou can see we’re running about 275which is your temperature or low andslow saw was holding the buildings thatwent up given the the chicken on thegrill as you can see I have my woodchips smoker going you can see some ofthe smoke coming up a little bit but asit gets a little bit hotter it heats upit’ll give it a good smoky flavor solet’s get that chicken on the grillwe’ll come back here in about 45 minutesgive it a cup of turn and we’ll see whatit looks like hey guys we’re back insight now that we have the chicken onthe grill I’ve got that smokin got thatcooking now we’re gonna get the whitebarbecue sauce going for the ingredientsplease see the description below andit’ll give you everything that that I’musing for the white barbecue sauce solet’s get startedhi guysmy barbecue is done we’re gonna get thisin a grapes so we can start chilling andwe’ll go check on the chicken and seehow that’s doing all right guys here weare we’re back at the grills chickensbeen on for about an hour150 minutes we’re gonna check thetemperature right now the grills about250 so which is good we want to keep itlow and slow so let’s get to it and seewhat the temperature issorry now look sad for 140 150 160 we’relooking about once 65 175 180 we’rerunning about 180 we’ll keep it on thegrill 5 min another half hourI get that skin nice and crispysee smoker box smoke we’ll give it ahalf a turn and listen for about another30 35 minutes and come back check it outand we should be ready to go hey guysjust check the temperature on thechicken we’re running about 190 195let’s all take we’re ready to go we’llgo ahead and pull the chicken off andone side and get that plated up for youguyshey guys we just got the chicken off thegrill it’s been sitting for about timeabout 10 minutes so now so we’re gonnado is we’re gonna get it plated up heyguys as you can see here we have thefinal product we have the Beer CanChicken with the white barbecue sauce weplayed it up with fresh pickles freshpot pinto beans with bacon and pleaseguys if you try this recipe let us knowand just want to say thank you to thosewho subscribe to us and give us a thumbsup and for next week we’re going to bedoing a driver of pork ribs with realzucchini we’ll see you next round[Music]
