This is a quick tutorial on how to make the only guilty pleasure that makes sense and that is chocolate beer BBQ sauce to go with some chicken wings.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
⅓ of cup soy sauce
270g of tomato paste
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp peri-peri powder
2 tsp paprika
1 cup of ale/ beer of your choice
⅓ cup brown sugar
30g of dark chocolate
