Hello. Today’s recipe is crispy fried fish and with spicy barbeque sauce.

Ingredients
4 whole fishes
1 1/2 tbsp fish seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 carrot sliced thinly
1 white onion sliced
1 crushed garlic clove
oil for frying
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tomato ketchup
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 of a yellow scotch bonnet pepper with seeds
1/2 green scotch bonnet pepper with seeds
1 tbsp cornstarch
