I’m often asked for some recipe ideasusing the famous while your worldbottled sauces so now that they’re backin stock I want to make you a deliciousquinoa kind of a Southwest we call it apicnic salad and we’re gonna make somesloppy jeans with lentils and thebarbecue sauce and we’re gonna do acreamy sriracha coleslaw to go on tophere we go everybody this is Dylan Imade these sauces to bring simplicity toyour healthy whole plant food diet andlifestyle so you can spend less timecooking and so I’m going to show youthree quick easy recipes that you canenjoy in your backyard since apparentlysummer is canceled this year the recipesI’m about to make for you are in my freesauce and salad dressing ebook which youcan get down below there’s a link clickit and you’ll get the guide it’s gotseveral other recipes using all of thedifferent well your world saladdressings and sauces anyway let’s getstarted with a couple of salads and thenwe’ll move on to the sloppy Jane’s ofends so that it’s nice and hot whenwe’re ready to dig in this is so simpleso to start with I have three cups ofcooked quinoa it can be the white or thered or the mix whatever it’s just justcook some quinoa and take three cups andthrow it into a big bowl along with thatI am going to chop up half of this redonion okay into the bowlokay along with that I’ve got one can ofcorn and a can of black beans I’ve justdrained and rinsed the black beanseverything is into the pot then take anice big handful of cilantro and let’sjust chop it up here on the cuttingboard and we’ll throw that in too simplesimple now let’s pour in some barbecuesauce I’m gonna start with like a half acup or so I’m just winging it herethrow in some barbecue starts turn it upand if we need more we’ll add moresimple as that let’s get that monsterspoon going shall we and just stir thisup okay a little more and we should begood now boom just like that you got asalad ready you could have done thedesert Catalina’s salad dressing toanything I made the barbecue into asalad dressing and it was so simple andeasy okay let’s move on to a healthyvegan coleslaw I’ve got some veganyogurt in here like maybe a half a cupor so doesn’t matterwe’re just eyeballing all this I meanwe’re just wing it throw in somesriracha boomlike that and then we’ve got a littleminced garlic maybe a teaspoon or so ofminced garlic you could use garlicpowder it doesn’t matter you throwing ina little onion powder if you want to -I’m not gonna get that fancy let’s juststart stirring it up whisking it up andthen you can see okay we need moresriracha squeeze in a little more andwhen it starts looking like you likethen you’re ready to give it a littletaste if you want okay we got our saucein the bowl now let’s just startthrowing in some shredded cabbage thisis just the regular bagged coleslaw youcould get your own cabbage and chop itup if you want but I’m keeping it easyand then just start mixing this aboutand then we will keep adding a littlebit of coleslaw at a time until we havethe consistency that we like a littlemore again I’m just winging it withthese numbers you don’t have to keep toa recipe the point is just to give it ashot and I’m sure it’ll come out greatoh that’s looking good okay boom -salads are done what did that take likefive minutes okay let’s make some jeanswe’re gonna make sure they’re realsloppy you got a little bit of choppingto do don’t freak out it’s only gonnatake a moment a bell pepper and a yellowonion let’s chop okay bell pepper isdone let’s do this onion[Music]all right we’re gonna go to the stoveand saute up the bell pepper and onionalong with some garlic and by the waywe’re gonna need 2 cups of cookedlentils 2 cups of water 1 cup of lentilsheat it up to a boil and then let itsimmer for like 20 minutes or so anywaylet’s do this thingokay here we go sizzle away this is justa dry pan I haven’t added any oil oranything and then I just add a littlebit of water along the way to keepeverything from stickingsuper simple water sauteing find somehealthy buns we’re gonna toast these upin the Breville you don’t have to toastthem but I like them toasted okay backto the stove let’s throw in a littlemore water and keep this thing goinglooking pretty good another littlesplash of water that’s been going forlike 3 to 5 minutes let’s throw in likea teaspoon of minced garlic and ateaspoon or so of cumin you know how Ilike to eyeball it whatever give that astirmmm that smells good okay we’re ready tothrow in our 2 cups of cooked lentilsI’m just gonna eyeball the barbecuesauce maybe like a cup just start withsome bvq give it a stir and we’ll add itas needed oh yeahwhatever you can’t really use too muchcan you oh that smells so good this isgonna make a hell of a sandwich you’reready to go if nothing else really needsto cook here oh yeah that’s nice okayhere we go let’s build a sloppy Janejust pile it on however you like you caneat this thing with a fork and knife ifyou have to I don’t like to hold backthere we go oh that smells so good youdon’t have to eat this on a bun you canjust put this over a baked potato youcould do it in any kind of a wrap youlike on a corn tortilla or whateveranyway let’s dress this up with a littlebit of our sriracha slaw oh that’slooking good how about a little avocadodo you want to get fancy with it alittleoptional avocado a little thin slices ofavocadoramie sauce a lot IDO yeah there you gothere you go that’s ready to go and nowalong with that we’ve got ourpicnic salad and that’s how you do ahealthy whole food BBQ with while yourold saucesalright let’s taste this thing close upthis sandwich oh it’s gonna make a messjust like it should it’s called sloppymmm oh let’s keep that going mm-hmm Ohexcellent that is a very good sandwichanybody on a barbecue will love thatsandwich how about the salad mmm-hmm Icould even spice this up with a littlechili powder maybe but this is excellentoh these were really good let me
