To do what we a canning up. It was all started up by Morris Patch of Heaven@ https://youtu.be/_pFKnVTrhTM

ingredients:
Jack Daniels Tennessee honey 1cup,and 2 shots after all cooked
Apricots 4 lb raw
Garlic powder 1/8 cup
Onion powder 1 tablespoons
4 oz dried tomatoes ( or 1 large can of crushed tomatoes)
Worcestershire 4 shacks
Smoked paprika 1 teaspoons
Brown sugar 1 cup
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoons
3 fresh Chilies
3 cups water
1 can tomatoes paste
1-2tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons red chili flakes

In a large pot combine all ingredients. Cooked down approximately 40 minutes. With stick blender blend until smooth.

Can up in clean sterilize jars with 1/2 inch head space. Be sure to wipe off rims before placing lids on jars. Tighten down finger tight.
Be sure to water bath canner for your particular altitude. Process time for us is 25 minutes.
After processing remove lid on water bat canner and Wait five minutes remove hot jars. Place on towel on countertop. Jars will seal within a few hours.( pop or ping )
