We describe 3 different ways of making chutney (condiment or dip or sauce). These are made in authentic Nepali style. These dips can also be used as barbeque sauce.
Pudina ko chutni (Mint Tomato Sauce)
Ingredients:
A handful of Mint leaves
2 Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tsp of salt
1 Lemon
Tamatar ko chutni (Tomato Sauce)
Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes
6 Green Chillies
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Khursani ra Timur ko chutni (Spicy sichuan pepper sauce)
Ingredients:
10-12 Dry Red Chillies
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 Tb sp Timur (Sichuan Pepper)
