Barbecue roasted whole chicken. These are the ingredients. Half tablespoon ofmustard, 2 tablespoon of soya sauce, and
1/3 cup of your favorite store boughtbarbecue sauce, half cup of brown sugar, half cup of apple cider vinegar, one cup of ketchup, [Music]and 1/3 cup of water. For the seasoning
blend, mix four chicken bouillon cubeswith 2 tablespoon of oil, and finally one

ingredients together, let’s get cooking.Apply the seasoning mixture all over the
chicken. [Music]You can cover the chicken with plastic
wrap and let it marinate in the fridgefor four hours or overnight. But if you
don’t have enough time like me you cango ahead and place it in a preheated 350
degree oven and roast for 50 minutes. [Music]Let’s make the sauce. In a small saucepan combine the sugar and the vinegar. [Music]Add the soya sauce, water, ketchup, store brought barbecue sauce and the
mustard and mix well. Bring to boil overmedium heat and lower to simmer until
thickened. Remove from the heat and cool. [Music]Reserve half of the sauce for serving. [Music]Remove the chicken from the oven and
baste with the remaining barbecue sauce, return to the oven and roast for 20
minutes, then baste a second time andreturn back to the oven and roast for
another 20 minutes, remember to drain anydripping liquid from the pan before basting the chicken. [Music]For the final baste, remove the
chicken from the oven and baste well withthe barbecue sauce. [Music] Return to the oven and roast for another 20 minutes or untilthe chicken is completely cooked through. Remove and allow to rest before servingServe with the reserved barbecue sauce Thank you so much for watching.
