Reena’s Tanigue with Korean barbeque sauce

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp spring onion
1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted
2 Tbsp Korean barbeque sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
3 slices tanigue
1tsp oil /1tbsp butter
Sauce:
1Tbsp korean barbeque sauce
spring onion
1tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp mirin
Procedure:
1.combine spring onion,sesame seeds,barbeque sauce,sesame oil
2. pour into the fish.Marinade for 30 mins
3.heat oil and butter in the cooking pan,fry fish 5mins for each sides.
4.Combine all ingredients for the sauce and dizzle on the fried fish.
