Smoked Bourbon-Pineapple Chicken Thighs on Pit Boss Pellet Grill

Today I’m making Smoked Bourbon-Pineapple Chicken Thighs on the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. This is one of my favorite glazes to make for chicken.

3/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons brown mustard
1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3-4 TBSP Tennessee Whiskey BBQ sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)
2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
