Giant Turkey Legs on the Weber Kettle #unclestevesshake
Disneyland has nothing on these turkey legs. We added some Uncle Steve’s Competition Bird Powder to them and WOW! Juicy and full of flavor! Easy to make
Recipe –
Turkey Kegs – Unpackage and remove the fat
Heat Kettle to about 400 to 450 degrees
Cover in #unclestevesshakes
Place on Kettle over Indirect Heat
Cook and turn until the internal temp hits at least 165 degrees
Remove and rest for a few minutes
