How to make Turkey Chops & Black Beans [Sautéed, Baked or Grilled] – Episode 15

Turkey Chops & Black Beans, Sautéed, Baked or Grilled tastes more like meat than poultry. It is tender and works great with many sauces, savery or sweet. Turkey Chops is a delicious addition to a healthy menu.

Turkey Chops & Black Beans (For 2 people)*

– 3 Turkey Chops
– Pinch of Salt & Pepper (to taste)
– Pinch of Mrs. Dash (or whatever seasoning you use generally will work)*
– 2 Tsp crushed garlic
– 1 canned Black Bean
– 1 Tsp turmeric (for colour)
– 1 Tsp dende oil (optional)
– 1 Tsp food browning ( to add colour. This is optional if you don’t like the dark colour)*
– Few pieces of Cilantro
– 1/2 lemon (lemon juice to wash the Turkey Chops)
– 1 stalk of scallion chopped finely
– Tablespoon of hot pepper flakes

Note: It’s good to season the Turkey chops over night if you can. If not, at least 2-3 hours before cooking so it can absorb the seasoning.
