On this video I fire up the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 and smoke up an injected turkey breast! This is an awesome meal any day of the week and is perfect for Thanksgiving if you’re not cooking for a large crowd. These are typically around 1.99 a pound and super easy to do. You don’t have to inject but if you do it really amps up the moisture and flavor! Cook time was around 2 hours and 45 minutes and pit temp was 275F the entire cook. I used Kingsford original and applewood for fuel and flavor. And one other note but the MBGS 560 has been a rock solid smoker and grill for me and the only issue I had was the lid switch took a crap but I just jumped it out instead of replacing it. But when it comes to set it and forget it this grill is awesome! I hope this video helps anyone out out if they’re wanting to smoke a turkey breast for Thanksgiving! ????
