Turkey season is upon us, and i have some ideas to take your turkey recipes from MEH to WOW. Smoked turkey legs are no doubt a fair favorite, so let us make it at home.
4 Jumbo Turkey Legs.(Brined)
Killer hogs BBQ rub
Remove legs from brine and pat dry. Coat with oil and add liberal amounts of your favorite rub. Smoke at 225-250 degrees for 2 hours. Wrap legs in aluminum foil and continue to cook. After 2.5 hours temps should read 195-200 Internal. Enjoy
