Hubby loves smoked turkey but especially wings, drumsticks and butts. They can be used to season collard green, beans or other soups and stews. Hubby likes to just eat them like a snack. A friend of ours brought him some in exchange for some fish and avocados. I brined them for 24 hours (link to process below) and then seasoned them with a mixture of salt, pepper and ground red pepper.

Seasoning: I used 1 part salt to 1 part pepper. Add ground red pepper to your taste.
Suggest you season to your taste with any combination of seasonings you like.
Brine: Recipe for about 12 turkey wings
3/4 C Salt
1/4 C Chicken Bouillon Powder
1/4 C Agave Nectar
16 C Water
