♡INGREDIENTS♡
– 3-4 lbs chicken wings
– 1 tbsp garlic salt with parsley
– 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
– 1 tbsp seasoned salt
-1 tbsp cayenne pepper
-1 tsp crushed red pepper
– pinch of black pepper
– 2 cups flour
-3 cups oil (vegetable or canola)

♡FOR SAUCE♡
– 3 tbsp butter
-2 tbsp minced garlic
-1 tbsp crushed red pepper
-1/3 cup Szechuan spicy sauce
– 1 cup bbq sauce
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1 cup water

Drix[Music][Music]hey guys welcome back to my channel sotoday I’m gonna be making some spicyhoney garlic wings for you guys so righthere we have roughly four pounds ofwings they’re still attached andeverything like that for these wings Ilove to separate the little drums fromthe flat part so I’m gonna go ahead anddo that I haven’t washed it or seasonedit as yet as you can see so I’m gonna godo that really quickly just wash it andthen I’m gonna show you guys all thelist of ingredients that you need allthe measurements and everything likethat is gonna be down below in thedescription box so if you guys want tosee how these wings come out then keepon watching so here we have the wingsfreshly washed I just washed no Muslimvinegar if you guys want to see theprocess of how I wash chicken or wingsor whatever then you could refer back tomy fried chicken recipe video I havethat link down below so basically youjust wash it I’m rinse it thoroughlywith water until the vinegar smelldiminishes and then lightly Pat it drywith some napkins so that’s what I didhere so now I’m gonna move on toseasoning the wings so I’m gonna beusing some garlic salt with parsleywhole purpose seasoning seasoned saltcrushed red pepper cayenne pepper andsome black pepperso once I’ve added in all the dryseasonings I’m just gonna go ahead andjust come by and all the flavorstogetherso once I’ve combined everything thechicken looks like this what I’m gonnado right now is just cover it and justsit it in the refrigerator to marinateyou can marinate it overnight if you’dlike or you can just do it for like 45minutes to an hour however long youchoose to UM allow your chicken someirony is up to youjust allow the flavors to soak into it abit so as far as the other ingredientsgo these are what you’re gonna need so Ihave some barbecue sauce this is thesweet baby Ray’s barbecue sauce I reallylove this you can use whatever barbecuesauce you’d like then I have some mincedgarlic honey of course some Szechuanspicy sauce butter oil to fry the wingsand some flour so the wings have beenmarinating for a literally a day now soI’m about to start the whole process offrying them and like I said before youguys could do it however long you’d likebut I feel like the more it sits inmarinade the better the flavor is soakinto the wings so I’m about to fry themup so I have my flour right here usuallyI like using like a plastic bag to I’mcold my wings with flour but you coulduse container I use a dish whatever youlike but what I do is just pour someflour in a bag and make sure that thebag has no holes in it so the chickenwings were already seasoned but I’m justgonna lightly seasoned my flour a bitall I’m using is some all-purposeand some garlic Solo parsley and thenonce I do that I just mix everythinginto the flour then making sure thatyour hands are clean and freshly washedwe just start taking pieces of chickenand then just toss them into the flourlike this so you don’t want to like dotoo many at onceand basically what you’re gonna do isjust repeat the same process for all ofthe Ling’sonce you’re doing this you’re gonna makesure that the frying pan or the skilletthat you’re using is getting heated so Ihave this frying pan here on medium heatnow I’m gonna pour a generous amount ofoil in here you don’t need like a lot ofoil usually that should be good and thenI’m just gonna leave this for about fiveminutes to get it a little hot and thenI’m gonna start dropping the wings andto start fryingso when it comes to frying your wingsrule of thumb is to just allow it to getgolden brown on each side before youflip it over I mean if it’s not done toyour desired level of Christina’s ingolden they’re saying you’re just gonnakeep like flipping it over until thewings are fried through how you likethem I’m going to leave this for fry forabout five minutes and then I’m gonnacome back in turn it over to the otherside so guys as you can see right nowthe wings are starting to play around abit so I said go ahead and just turnthem over to the other side so basicallywhat you’re gonna do right now is justallow them to fry on the side I’m gonnajust keep frying them until they’re ascrispy as I want them but yes the ruleof thumb is to just make sure you keepon turning them over until they getsgolden brown so now we’re gonna go aheadand turn them over again[Laughter]I started to get like really bold in oneach side so I’m gonna just do thisprobably one more time and don’t worryif some pieces get done before theothers you’re just gonna keep the windkeeper them until they’re done how youwant them to get done Oliva keep fryingand then most likely these over here aregonna get done first so we’re gonnaremove them and they just to fry thesewings[Applause]we’re gonna allow these to get done alittle bit more and then I’ll kick themout so while you put oil getting doneit’s gonna go ahead and drop[Music]so waiting for these drums to get doneon the inside a little bit more and thenimma save them out so these drones areperfect now basically you just wait forthese to get done these amazing wings toget done so these are the wings this ishow golden I like mine good fry them toyour desired level of crispy nice andgolden this so yeahso you want the sauce to startthickening up a bit so we’re gonna do isincrease the heat from medium heat tohighI’m just gonna leave this for like twoto three minutes to start thickening upand then I’m gonna add the wings in soyou can see the bubbles and stuff thatare being formed I’m gonna show you guysjust how thick the sauce is getting likeyou could kind of tell that the sauce istrying to get a little bit there I’mgonna show you guys the last finishingprocess I’m gonna do to kind of meet thesoils even more thinkso I’m just gonna start combining thesauce with the wings so part of the mainreason why they’re called keeps an spicyhoney garlic wings as you type up agarlic that’s in it so what I’m gonna doit just add a little bit more garlicall throughout you only do this if youreally like garlic because I don’t knowa lot of people don’t like garlic sothis used garlic sparingly if you reallyare not a huge fan or you could justleave it with the garlic that I added inearlier and then lastly to make themmore seems to eat what I’m gonna do isjust take a little bit more of my honeythank you squeeze it all[Music]now I’m just gonna lower the heat a bitback down to medium and then just leavethis for another two minutes soeverything is all done right now peoplego ahead and turn the stove off I’mgonna plate everything show you guyswhat the wings look like so here youhave the finished wings I’m gonna goahead and taste one it’s just reallygood if you don’t want it to be likespicy then you don’t have to put thesecond batch of pepper flakes that Ilike I did you could just op that stuffand just leave the first set of crushedpepper but super spicy just how I likeit thank you guys so much for watchingthis video if you liked
