Ninja Foodi Grill Caribbean Blacken Cajun Super ✪✪☛ Spicy/Hot Beef Jerky ☚✪✪

I used 4 of my favorite seasoning dry rubs and some of Lawry’s Caribbean Jerk Sauce to make this beef jerky. First after cutting the beef use Lawry’s Caribbean Jerk Sauce very liberally. This was 1 1/4 lb of good Sirlion Steak cut in 5″ x 5″ pieces. Then I used my favorite Blacken & Cajun. Along with some good paprika. I made sure to cover the both sides of the beef. Then cut the beef into 1 inch wide strips & then 1 inch pieces. I put this is a sealed container to set overnight in my fridge for 24 hours.

You can see the dry rubs that I used in the video & they are available online.

1 1/4 lbs of beef filled my 3 Dehydrator rack with 5-6 pieces left over. I just placed those on top of the bottom layer of beef. The Ninja cookbook calls for 150 degrees for 5-7 hours. I have found it only takes 2 hours to 2:15. If I went by the cook book there would be nothing left, but little burnt pieces of charcoal. The spices that I used made this batch of beef jerky – “Very Hot/Spicy”. With a nice sweet taste. Use your spices to the way that you like, but watch how long that you do it in the Ninja Grill.
