Pretty much I like mixing the rub with some oil of your choice and brushing it on the chicken.
Cutting up some potatoes and carrots in a fair size would work good; not as small as what I did.
I like to smoke at 300F till internal temp is roughly 172F minimum.
Debone the chicken and enjoy.
