This is our version of low fat, lean minced chicken, transformed into a flavourful patty, grilled (not fried) to be part of your weight loss diet..
Can also be eaten with tortilla.
Ingredients
1: Half chicken breast – cut into small pieces so that it can get mince easily (if u dont have food processor)
2: 1 diced onion
3: Half cup bread crumbs
4: 4 diced garlic
5: 2 greeb chillies
6: 1/4 cup olive oil
7: Half lemon – juice
8: Few mint and parsley leaves
Spices :
1: 1tsp oregano
2: 1tsp red chilly powder
3: 1tsp black pepper powder
4: 1tsp rock salt
