[Music]this should grow ybm young bill maherselling them back with another souldelicious video today I’m super excitedbecause I’ll get it in the kitchen andget it straight to the point with mybarbecue baby back ribs however I’mdoing it and my pressure cooker and only40 minutes that’s right 40 minutes toptwenty nine minutes and my pressurecooker and I’ve led the minute spinningidentical lays the barbecue sauce soy’all go ahead and come on with meso I can show you how to do it and youcan do it with me and we’re gonna knockit out let’s go hey y’all so today Idecided to break out my 8 quart 13 modesGore Mia I’m gonna use a pressure cookertoday and I wanted to make some barbecuebaby back ribs I wanted to show you onvideo that this is my first time usingit so here’s pictures of me taking itright outside the box in the boxit has manual how to use it directionsit comes with a recipe book on differentrecipes I can make soups meats poultrydeserts beans porridge rice I mean I’mgonna have a blast with this thing buttoday we’re doing BBQ ribs and I’m superexcited look at Cat Cora on the side ofthe box and then right at the bottom toyour right it says barbecue ribs so yeswe’re gonna get started in just a minuteit doesn’t come with much I thought Iwould have to take a lot of time to putthis thing together but as I open it upI mean it comes with a rice scooper ameasuringthe little metal stand for steamer andthe formula itself and then a box isempty so take it right outside of thewrapper and let’s get started so I readsome of the directions on the pressurecooker and you know how you readdirections for the barbecue ribs it doeshave a recipe guide for it but it says20 minutes for the pressure cooker and10 minutes outside of the pressurecooker but maybe to me I don’t followdirections that will when it comes toother people’s recipes so put my littletwist to itI plan on cooking it in my pressurecooker for 29 minutes and then I willremove it and place it in my oven on ahigh boil for 11 minutes but first I’mgonna take my ribstake it outside of the packet and I’mgonna clean it up in the washing I’mgonna remove as much fat as I can andsome of the skin that’s all right on theback of the baby back ribs I’m a pat drythese baby back ribs so they won’t bewet I’m gonna set it to the side and I’mgonna prepare to make my dry rubnormally I will take about 20 differentseasonings to make my dry rub but todaysince I’m doing a pressure cooker andeverything else is gonna be quick Ithought I would be quick to so I boughtsome seasonings I’m using my nor befully on my Memphis barbecue seasoningsome cayenne pepper garlic powder onionpowderwhat’s your cider sauce and a liquidsmoke now I’m using the memphis-stylebarbecue seasoning because I didn’tprepare my own dry rub I didn’t havetime to put together like 20 differentseasonings I mean I do have the time butwe’re trying to do something quick herewe’re trying to get straight to thepoint so it says to use two cups ofwater but here I go again I decided touse three cups three cups of water goesinto the pot and then I add about 3tablespoonsred onion chopped and one tablespoon offresh minced garlic I add that to thewishes fire sauce the seasoning and theliquid smoke my barbecue as you see herehas been marinating overnight I hadplaced the dry rub on it put some brownsugar and I let it sit and marinate sonow I take my baby back ribs and I placeit in that seasoning mixture that I madeinside my cornea I kept my hole and Idid not cut it so you see it here does awraps around into that circle inside thepressure cooker very simple I prepareput the lid on see just a year verysimple place it on is it’s an open toclosed lock you hear it okay close thehouse all set and ready to go i turn mysteamer valve make sure that’s closed ipress the preset timer and the meat andI put it on for 29 minutes now at thispoint you guys I’m like oh my gosh setit forget it I see the timer going downit’s at 24 minutes I’m excited I can’twait for it to get done and I put my earto it and I don’t hear anything and I’mlike wow this thing is quiet I touch itdown like wow this thing is not even hotI don’t even smell anything besides thefresh seasoning that I just put in thereso the timer ran out I open it thennothing happened so I said let me trythis again this time I musta did itbecause I started hearing the pressurestart to build up and I smelt this someamazing aroma guys it smells so good soin the mean time before I was done I gota new cookie sheet oh and I lined it upwith aluminum foil and that’s where I’mgonna place my ribsonce it beat five times and you sawthose double bezel in the front it’sready I open it up I let the steam outremind you before this I switched it toinstant release and let the pressurethat’s why I had the mittens on becauseI didn’t want to burn myself but Ishould stay inside they’re kind offolded on one side but it’s nice anddone the bones are white and it lookslike it’s ready to fall off the doll I’mlike wow no way was this done in 29minutes I take it out and I said let memake sure that it’s nice and tenderbecause I just can’t believe in 29minutes to 9:00 29 minutes is tender Itake my knife and I start to cut awayand you guys it’s sliding right throughlike butter and this is exactly where Ilike my ribs I don’t like it to be tootender where it’s all the way off thebone I like to be able to pick my boneup and have some meat on it and buy itand it starts to slide off and fall offthe bone I place it on the cookie sheetthat’s laced up and lined up withaluminum foil and I take some barbecuesauce and I brush it on top one gentlelayer right on the top and I prepare toput it in the ovenfor 11 minutes I turn my oven on highroyal I finish taking my brush andbrushing it with the barbecue sauce asyou see here and then I put it in theoven 11 minutes now if you want yourbarbecue ribs a little bit wetter putmore sauce on it if you don’t like sauceat alldon’t put no sauce but if you like itthe way that I dojust put one little coat brush yourright leg lid on top spit it on top putin there for 11 minutes and wolof itcomes out looking then fabulous likethis it is so good you guysI’ll even slap your mama good I took apiece of that meat off that bone and Itried and taste it and I said oh my goshyou guys you cannot believe this wascooked in a pressure cooker for 29minutes and 11 minutes on Harper oil andother that is a total amount of 40minutes for some fall off the ribs smackyour mama and face delicious BBQ babyback ribs don’t these look amazingoh my gosh I couldn’t wait any longer soI decided to go ahead and cut it up andplate it and get her ready to devour Iam so excited I had to get this allprepared together to show you guysthat’s Super Bowl is coming up you’regonna make some amazing appetizer andthis is one that you can do and a totalof 40 minutes and nobody will believeyou that she made it in a pressurecooker oh my gosh
