Ingredients:
Red Potatoes
Olive Oil
1-2 Teaspoons of Salt
1-2 Teaspoons of Pepper
1-2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
1 Pack of Rosemary
1 Pack of Chicken Breasts
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
2. Rinse and cut potatoes
3. Season potatoes
4. Put potatoes in oven for 30 minutes
5. Cut chicken to thin cutlets for ease of cooking
6. Season chicken
7. Heat chicken on stove on medium heat until thoroughly cooked
8. Flip Chicken as it changes colors on edges and add rosemary
9. Enjoy!

hey what’s up guys my name is AlexMichael Turner and today I’m gonna showyou how to make this meal fresh castiron grilled chicken red potatoesroasted with rosemary and I promise youguys you will not be disappointed followalong as I show you how to do it I’mpreheating my oven to 425 degrees andwe’re gonna cook our potatoes at 30minutes ish first things first thoughreally rinse your potatoes well so whatI’m doing is I’m cutting my potatoes inhalf and then I’m laying them overmaking another cut down the center yeahthese are about a quarter-inch andactually guys that’s that’s about howmuch we’re gonna cook right now and I’mgonna slice these other ones up and havethem consistent on the pan I mean youdon’t want them all over to one side orall in the center you want themconsistent we’re only using a little bitof simple seasoning we’re using a saltand pepper it’s nothing crazy I’m gonnacut my rosemary and I’m gonna spread myrosemary around on my tray this flavorthat it’s gonna bring is so crucial tored potatoes being red potatoes I’mgonna go throw this in the oven at 425for again about 30 minutes we’re gonnamove on to our chicken and the way thatwe’re gonna cook our chicken breasts iswe are going to cook them in a cast-ironskillet so I’m gonna cut my chicken openfirst and foremost check out how thickthey are so what I may do is I’m abutterfly these just to help them cook alittle bit faster and you guys mightneed to do that at home depending on thethickness of your chicken so there havebeen times red button chicken breastsand you guys know what I’m talking aboutthat are super thick you guys willalways have the butterfly those to getthat good consistent cook on a chickenwe’re gonna go ahead and throw theseinto our pot so I’m gonna use a littlebit of olive oil on these use a littlebit of salt black pepper tiny bit ofgarlic and we’re actually going to putthis rosemary right in between theselike so now as it starts to cook I’mgonna put a little more rosemary intothe pan but to start with this is wherewe’re gonna go so I’m gonna throw thisonto my stove then I’m gonna start itjust over medium heat you guys we’relooking good so farI’m gonna move these around on the traya little bit it’s okay if they stick alittle bit guys that’s why we’re doingthis you know you guys just need to makesure you do it about halfway through oryou know with about ten minutes leftokay we’re gonna put these back in theoven for the remaining minutes and againthere’s about ten minutes leftone thing that I’m gonna do on mycast-iron skillet is I’m gonna cover mychicken breasts it’s gonna help themcook a little bit more well-rounded keepa little bit of heat inside our chickenis doing greatit’s a slowly cooking oh yeah we’relooking good we’re gonna leave ourroasted red potatoes over here so for meonce I start to see the color on thechicken start to creep around the sidesand I start to see it turning whitethroughout the chicken that’s when I’llusually flip it until I start to seethat color changing I start to see thecooking of the chicken on the sides Idon’t flip it so watch it and reallyreally learn what to look for whenyou’re cooking chicken on a cast-ironnow that I flip my chicken I’m gonnathrow a tiny bit more rosemary in withit and this is gonna help with thatflavor and just bring out a littleadditional robust flavor rosemary is oneof those really awesome things that whenyou can use it for dishes like potatoesor chicken it can really make it and itcan give it a flavor that you crave soI’m gonna throw this in with my chickenright in the middle and actually righton top of the chicken okay guys so ourchicken is done I got my potatoes platedI’m gonna go ahead and go over and pullthem chicken breasts off and eat get italright guys there you have it our freshchicken red potatoand rosemary recipe this is one of myfavorite meals to make I hope you guysenjoy it let me know if there’s anythingelse you guys want to see comment belowmake sure you like this video and pleasemake sure you’re subscribed to thechannel we have a lot of cool stuffcoming thank you guys[Music][Music]you
