Slimming BBQ Pulled Pork

HOW TO MAKE Slimming BBQ Pulled Pork and what you will need. Use a slow cooker to make this meal EVEN EASIER to make.

**INGREDIENTS**
1.5 – 2kg Pork Shoulder
Low calorie cooking spray
500g Passata
5 tbsp Worcester Sauce
1 tsp Mustard Powder
2 Cloves of Garlic
3 tbsp of Sweetener

In a saucepan, mix together the passata, Worcester sauce, mustard powder, garlic and sweetener. Gently simmer until the sauce thickens.

Meanwhile, remove visible fat from the pork as best you can. Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and sear the pork on all sides.

Transfer the pork and sauce to a slow cooker, on low/medium, for 8-12 hours. Shred pork before serving. Serve on it’s own or in a bread roll for a delicious sandwich!

To cook in the oven, sear the pork, transfer to a roasting tin lined with aluminium foil and pour over the sauce. Cover with the foil and bake on 160oC for 4-5 hours.
