Healthy Grilled Chicken Burger
Grilled chicken burger is Juicy, tender, and infused with a sweet and spicy marinade, this burger makes the perfect healthy fast food for summer. We make it healthy with Tzatziki sauce. This burger is full of proteins and vitamins.
Easily put together in about 20 minutes, the only preparation that is really needed is marinating the chicken, (though this is optional), and of course cutting the topping for your chicken burger.
Tender, Juicy, Grilled Chicken…..Anytime
We just need to buy chicken breasts, season them with some salt,pepper & oil and then slab them on a pan grill to cook with herbs and oil.
By marinating the chicken breasts before grilling them, you infuse the meat with various flavors, help tenderize the meat, and ensure juicy grilled chicken every time.The water and salt act as the driving force for the marination. The chicken meat absorbs the water and salt through osmosis, and during that process brings with it all the other flavor goodies and the oil is used to properly coat the meat with all the seasonings and make sure all parts of the meat are in contact with the herbs and oil.Spices, herbs, crushed garlic, and even condiments such as mustard, BBQ sauce, and molasses can also be used to season a marinade.
INGREDIENTS
5 Tbsp oliveoil
1 lemon
2 garlic clove chopped
3 pinch powdered sugar
Salt to taste
3 pinch crushed pepper
1 fresh burger bun
1/4 Tsp grated ginger
3 Tbsp hung curd
Half small chicken breast
1/2 Cucumber
4 Mint leaves chopped
1 leaf Lettuce Iceberg
1 leaf Radicchio/ Red cabbage
1 slice Tomato
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
PROCESS
On a chopping board or bowl start the marination process. Add oil , salt , pepper , powdered sugar , ginger, lemon and mix them all together.
Now slab the slant cuts of chicken breast on to the marination and mix it well.
Now prepare Tzatziki sauce for burger by adding cucumber, garlic , mint ,salt and olive oil into hung curd.
Now grill the chicken for 5 min on pan from both sides to cook it well.
Roast the buns till light brown.
Now add Tzatziki sauce on one portion of bun.
Now add lettuce , radicchio, tomato and cucumber.
Top with mayonnaise.
Healthy grilled chicken burger is ready to serve.
