hey yeah I’m Jamie Dean I’m here with mypartners life smart girls today I’ve gota great recipe for you we’re cooking onthe pellet grill today my brother and Ilearned a recipe from a friend of oursin Louisville this is so simplegranulated garlic powder black pepperand salt this is a third a third and athird that’s how simple this is I’mdoing a beef rib today I love to work onthe smoker it’s a little overcast todaya little bit of rain perfect day to getout by the smoker I love using thepellet grill too it’s an electric smokerso it’s super easy set it and forget ittoday I’m using cheeri pellets I love alittle bit of cherry flavor especiallywith beef you see we’ve got our beefribs here I got my third and third andthird mixed up I’m gonna coat this babyreally good on this sideand what I’m going to do y’all is I’mgonna let this be free of go on thegrill for about two hours I’m gonna getit nice and brown I’m cooking on 300today and when we come back in a coupleof hours I’ll show you the other trickthat our friend showed us it involves apan a little bit of water now I’ve takenthe beef ribs out of the refrigeratorabout 45 minutes ago let them get toroom temperature because I want them tobe nice and evenly warm all the waythrough I don’t want any cold or hotspots so we’re set on 300 raw seasontableit’s that simple France let’s see y’allin two hoursfor some delicious beef rib let’s goalright y’all you know we got our beefribs on our lifesmart pellet grillthey’ve been on here for about two hoursand 30 minutes let’s take a look what hedoes he takes the rub rub sit down welet it go for a couple of hours then I’mgonna go into a pan on top of a greatit’s got some water in it and I’m gonnamake sure that really SuperDuper coverthis let’s roll I don’t want any ofget out of here what this waters gonnado especially on a beef rib it’s gonnabreak down that membrane and the fibersall that toughness that comes out of thebeef ribwe’ve got it in our pan it’s sitting ina little bit of water we’ve got a rackin there I’ve got a double tip pull overthe top we’re gonna go back inside ofour pellet grill now this I’m gonna letgo for probably another two and a halfhours can’t wait to see how it finishesthis is delicious y’all see back in abit alright y’all I had a busy daythat’s one of the things I love aboutthe lifesmart pellet grill i startedthis morning at 10:30 and it is now 5o’clock so my beef ribs are doneI turned my grill off and we’ll let itcool down let’s see what we got[Music]away from the bowl a little bit thereoh my gosh y’all this is like pot roaston a bowl this is gonna be so deliciousokay I gotta have something to bring anyother meds with me so the next time yousee me in these ribs we go ahead up tothe house see if we can find some familyto share it with look at these look atem look at theirnothing draws a crowd like a French rackof beef ribs huh yeah this is cousinuncle Brian that’s been running the campnever man this is my cousin aunt Korieand of course you know my mom and mybrother showed up because it’s dinnerTom’s this was my brother Bubba Stewartso Bobby’s running the camera and thisis our beef ribs and we didn’t have togo farokay fine people they were willing Oh totell you Oh get up there the only thingI like better than cooking is sharing Ohso thank you for everybody coming andy’all remember eat smart Grill smartlife smart we’ll see you next time
