Learn how to make Grilled Chicken Sizzler, which is an extremely tasty and healthy sizzler, which is made up of mix grilled vegetables, grilled chicken, and chicken schezwan sauce.

Ingredients :-

250 gm Broccoli (ब्रोकोली)

1 Tomato (टमाटर)

1 Capcicum (कैपसिकॅम)

1 Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च)

100 gm Peas – 100 gm (मटर)

1 Potato (आलू)

1/2 Carrot (गाजर)

250 gms Chicken Breast (चिकन ब्रेस्ट)

1 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)

1/2 tsp Hot Spices Powder (गर्म मसाला पाउडर)

1/2 tsp Dry Mango (आमचूर)

100 gm Butter (मक्खन)

1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce (शेजवान सॉस)

1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce (लाल चीली सॉस)

If you like my videosplease subscribe, press the bell iconlike, comment and shareGood Evening my today’s recipe isSchezwan Chicken SizzlerTo make this recipeI must tell you supporting ingredientsBroccoli Tomato cut in piecesCapcicum yellow cut in pieceswe will use red chilli tooPeasPotato cut in long piecesCarrot cut in lengthwe will boil them alland saute in clarified buttermain ingredient is chicken breastapart from this I havelemon juice 1 tbsp1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp red Chilli Powder1/2 tsp Hot Spices Powder1/2 tsp Dry Mangothis is a different ingredient we will also use butterwe will use schezwan sauce red chilli sauceusing all these ingredients we will make the dish first of allput cuts slowly in chicken breastin the way shownso that all ingredients go insideduring marinationput the cuts slightlyIn this way apply cuts. this is a 300 gm chicken breastwe have cleaned itproperlyIn this way we have applied cutsNowwe are using ginger garlic pastelemon juiceapart from this1 tbsp salt1 tbsp Red Chilli powderadd them allusing brush mix them alland make a pastethis paste is readynowtake chicken breastand apply paste everywhereinside all thecuts so that we enjoy the taste and in this way prepare wholechickenand after marinationkeep it for 1 hourto make chicken sizzler, we have takena pan and added 1 litre waterand you can see all ingredientsadd them, first is broccolinext are tomatoyellow capsicumcarrotpotatoalso I have peasadd them allboil them for 10 minutes in thisadd 1/2 tbsp saltin 10 minutes this will be cookedand then we will take it outand in a separate pansaute with butterMeanwhileour vegetables are getting cookedwe have added water in the panand we will steam the chickenwe have this chicken breastwe can prepare this in 3 wayseither we grill itor roast it or steam itI am using steammethodwe will steam it for 15-20 minsat the bottom we have waterand we have covered it nowThese vegetablesare now readylet us remove it from thegasor keep it asidenow we are taking a differentpanlet it heat for a whilethis pan is now heatednow in this we willadda little bit ofbutterIn this butterwe willuse vegetablesand saute themtake vegetables according to needTake them as in videoWe will saute’ them we had already added salt in waterandI will add a pinch of hot spices powderdon’t use mucha little bit of saltwe have added earlier tooI am adding a little bit ofred chilli saucedont add muchnow saute’ them for 1-2 minutemeanwhile the vegetables are gettingcooked 1 minute has elapsedwe will do them for 2-3 minutesmeanwhile we have a platethis is called sizzler platelet us heat it properlyand also this steamedchicken is readywe will switch off after 3-4 minutesas soon as the plate gets heatedwe will transfer the vegetables and keep the chicken on top of it.as you can see the vegetablesthey are readythese are now coldthis sizzler plateis now hotand now pour thevegetableson topof sizzler platethis is a very good wayas we do not need to grill or roastbut to steamit is good from heath point of viewthis is readylet us check the chickenthis is also donelet us close the gasnowlet me lift it upthis schezwan chicken is ready. let me add schezwan saucethis is a very good recipetry this outlet us heat thebutterand add a flavor to the dish This butteris now readyreduce the gasandpour it all overand put it over thewooden baseas you can seethis chicken sizzleris readynow serve hotand enjoyas you sawthis schezwan chickenis readyThis is a very simple recipea very good recipe indeedtry this outand give feedback on this recipeIf you like it,and enjoy, please like,share and subscribe.
