Join me in the backyard, as I put the boneless chicken breasts on the grill to make Grilled Salsa Verde Chicken. I’ll show you step by step on how I bring everything together. Subscribe to my channel and follow me on Instagram, as I will upload a new grilling video every weekend to share with you.
Ingredients are:
1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1 cup Cilantro (chopped)
4 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
1 Jalapeno (chopped)
1 Whole Lime (juice)
1/2 cup Red Onion
1 jar of Salsa Verde (medium heat)
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
4 Corn on the Cobs
1 stick of butter (melt the butter in the saucepan and add some chopped garlic. Bast the corn on the cob with the melted ingredients every 5 to 8 minutes).
Enjoy!
