[Music][Music]so first things first we’re gonna getstarted on Howell honey barbecue chickenlegs okay I’m going in with about aheaping tablespoon of olive oil before Istart seasoning up my chicken I’m alsogoing in with some Mario purposeseasoning and you just want to put agenerous amount in here like so I’mgonna be putting about 2 teaspoons ofMaggiall-purpose on here I’m also going inwith some ground black pepper you justwant to put about a teaspoon of blackpepper on here I have some mixed herbsand these mixed herbs consist of matteron time parsley and bazzill put ateaspoon on here let’s not forget oursalt just gonna be putting about ateaspoon of salt on here some garlicpowder is a must I’m putting in a set ofground allspice some smoked paprika lastbut not least I’m gonna be putting twoheaping tablespoons of my homemade greenseasoning so now you just want to goahead and just mix that up okay makesure to mix it very wellokay and that greedy seasoning is gonnagive it so much flavor in case you’rewondering the green seasoning is a blendof Demento peppers garlic spring onionsthyme all the fresh seasonings that youwould usually use chopped up I decidedto blend it up because I find it worksso much better as a marinade when it’sblended up rather than when it’s choppedokay look at how gorgeous this looksyes absolutely wonderfulokay so just make sure all your chickenpieces are coated nicely in here okaymake sure it looks wonderful like thisI’m gonna set this to aside for just asecond and this is the baking dish thatI will be using okay I love my chickento marinate in the baking dish that waywhen it’s time to bake I can just pushit into the oven it makes no senseto live it over there and then put itafterwards but if that’s how you want todo it that is totally fine okay justspreading the oil okay and then I’m justgonna be taking my pieces of chickenlegs silk and just puttin them in hereokay just arrange it as best as you likeI’m just trying to see if I can get themto not really overlap on each other okayand then you also just want to take anyleftover seasonings and just spread itonto the top like sookay that looks really really good sonow I’m just going to assume flare-upokay okay so I am gonna push this intomy fridge for about an hour and we aregonna let it marinate okay into myfridge for one hourso my chicken has been marinating forthe past one hour and I am just gonna goahead and push it into my oven okay myoven has been preheated to 200 degreesand I’m gonna allow this to bake for anhour and ten minutes okay I willbasted it occasionally so it doesn’t dryup and then I will come back after anhour 10 minutes to show you how it’slooking also gonna be baking ituncovered for an hour 10 minutes sothere you have it this is my deliciouschicken all done in the oven okaybeen baking for about an hour 15 minuteson 200 degrees I did baste it every 30minutes so that the chicken stays niceand juicy but now we need to make ourdelicious honey barbecue sauce so firstyou just want to set the chicken to oneside is gonna be pouring my ketchup inhere to make my honey barbecue sauce aswell as my barbecue saucewell my Kolya honey and I’m just gonnabe putting it in here like sookay so as you can see the sauce is funto pick them up just how I like it okayabsolutely Florida so I just allow thissauce to simmer what I do need threeminutes okayand I just stir it every now and againso it doesn’t grow okay and then youwant to stop going in with your chickenlegsand this would make sure you can repeatfollow that this is like chicken againokay let me just wanted to mix up thechicken in the sauce so can’t wear iteverywherewhere this embedded cinema through thisboss for about a minute okay it’s abouteNOS one of the boysafter the chicken has been sim mine inthat sauce for about a minute I’m justgoing to go back in and put them intothe baking dish that I used in the firstplaceI’m just going to make that extra sauceI’m just putting it on the top here likeso okay because we’re gonna push it backin the oven for about five minutes justso the sauce can actually stick on tothe chicken okay so this is optional butit’s just something that I like to dookay okay so back into the oven we gofor about 5 min this is my chicken ohbut it’s out of the oven I just pushedit in for about 5 minutes okay just sothat the sauce can stick on it just abit more but like I told you guys thisis optional this is just what I love todo so next up we are gonna be making ourstudents okay in this spot over here Ihave 1 cup of beans that’s been soakingfor about an hourI have some fresh sprigs of thyme inhere and 2 garlic cloves you guys knowthat I love soaking my peas with some ofthe seasonings and all I will be doingis allowing this to boil for about anhour doesn’t take long to cook and Ifind that soaking the beans really helpto shorten the cook time allow this toboil for about an hour on low heat andI’ll come back in an hour and show youhow it’s looking so it’s been about anhour and ten minutes gonna go ahead andjust check on our peas as you can seethe water has reduced quite a bit Ican’t we just need to check to see ifit’s cooked as you can see over herethat is cooked okay my peas are nicelycooked I’m actually just gonna go aheadand remove the time and everything elsebecause hey you don’t need that normalokay even the garlic that can stay aswell okay we’re just gonna discard thisand to season it up we’re just gonna begoing with a little bit of salt ateaspoon of saltI’m also using some vegetable seasoningas well about half a teaspoon I’ll beputting some oil in here as well this isabout a heaping tablespoon I have a boilsome green seasoning and last but notleast just a little brown sugarokay this helps to balance the acidityof this piece so this is why I put it inthere if you don’t wanna put it in therethat is totally fine but this is justhow I need mine okay so what we’re gonnado we’re just gonna cover the pot allowthis to cook for about five ten moreminutes and our peas will be cooked sothis is my peas nicely cooked guys lookat that so nicebeautifully cooked look so niceso next up we’re making some vegetablerice okay and I’m just going to with alittle bit of oil in my pot and overhere I have a whole onion I also have toshow love and I have to school to mentorpeppers but I’m also going to just beusing abroad because I’m a little bitbehindand I just want to leave it in like somilk so this is about a cup and a halfof Link’s pet and you just wanted toleave that all togetherin our water because I’m using two cupsof rice I’m gonna be putting two and ahalf cups of water remember my rule thatsays anytime you’re making rice alwaysgo half a cup more for whatever amountof rice that you’re cookingokay stab it a little bit more becausethe water must always be about an inchabove the rice okay looking really goodso as soon as the rice that’s to boil asyou can see okay what we’re gonna do wewere just gonna go ahead and just popthe lid on and allow that rice to cookwhen the bow is heat for about tenminutesso my race has been steaming for thepast 10 minutes oh damn look at how niceand fluffy guys just smells so amazingso tasty oh my goodness and it’s niceand fluffy my veg is not overcooked asyou can see everything still looks anicely cooked okay beautifulover here I have a clean pot that isfilled with water we’re gonna be makingsome pasta pasta so I want to just goahead and add a little bit of soul tothat teaspoon of saltand we’re also gonna be adding about 250grams on this okay you need to also justadd a little drop of olive oil in thereto prevent the pasta from stickingtogether give it a stir and I’m gonna becooking it for 12 minutes exactly hasbeen boiling for the past 12 minutes andit is now time to drain using the samepot I’m just gonna go in with a littlebit of oil my left turn shalat onionspepperswaiting with my bill tippet my yellowwings and legs as well as some freshthymebringing the
