My Secret Chicken Alfredo | How to Make Homemade Grilled Chicken Alfredo | AntStill BBQ

Chicken alfredo is one of my favorite meals. The question is have you ever had homemade grilled chicken alfredo? In today’s video I’m going to show you how relatively simple it is to make the absolute best chicken alfredo you’ve ever had!

Alfredo Ingredients
½ cup butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream 2 cups
4 ounces cream cheese
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

let’s give it a taste test okay heywhat’s going on it’s still barbecue thisis Anthony here and today we’re gonna bedoing grilled chicken alfredofrom scratch so before I get started Ijust want to say thank you again forjoining me today I just got anotification I just hit my 850 youmilestone so that’s real big for meI’m just glad that you are watchinghopefully it’s helping let me know whatyou think of the channel so far it’sbeen a lot of fun I’ve been appreciatingthe feedback so I just want to say thankyou just to start off so this is anotherone of those cooks that’s fairly easy todo it’s not going to take a whole lot oftime so all we’re gonna do today we’regonna start off we’re gonna grill ourchicken breasts I’m gonna head insidereal quick get those prepared but feelfree to put whatever seasoning you knowyou want to put on there I’m gonna keepit pretty simple just salt pepper garlicmaybe a little onion powder on there butthat’s about it it’s gonna be prettysimple so chicken breasts to start offwith and then we’re also gonna make ouralfredo sauce from scratch so I’m notsure if you’ve done that before I justbe like mom I don’t know probably tenthor so time making this meal but I’venever made it with grilled chickenbreasts and the homemade alfredo sauceso this is gonna be fun for me but it’sa great meal I love homemade alfredoonce you make it you’re never gonna wantto go back to the store-bought stuff sothat’s we’re gonna be up to todaywe already got a fire started as you cansee behind us is smoking you’re gonna doa Tucson fire on that if you haven’tseen my last video it’s gonna besomewhere I don’t know wheresomewhere over there somewhere overthere I don’t know but I’m gonna tag itso that you all can click on the to zonefire but that’s what we’re going withtoday to zone fire so let’s head insideget that chicken breasts started and gofrom there[Music]so we have our chicken on the grill I’mestimating that it’s gonna take about 30to 45 minutes give or take to be done itwas a thick piece of the chicken breastso that’s why I’m thinking that rightnow my grill is sitting still at 350degrees so that’s a good set for ourchicken not to dry it out and also notto overly char it or see it and so againI’m gonna check back in about 20 minutesor so to see what that temp is hittin onwe’re aiming for 165 internal temp withour tip gauge that we’re gonna check onit like I said at that 20 minute markbut until then let’s head inside and getstarted on the operator sauce okay sonow is the time to actually make ouralfredo sauce this is the time where youwant to look down in the description Iput the exact amount of each ingredientthat you need in order to make this sotake a look at that and while you’relooking at that I’m gonna go ahead andstart putting this together so to makeyour own homemade alfredo sauce all youneed or these ingredients or you needsome parmesanbutter some cream cheese some blackpepper garlic Italian seasoned some saltoh and I almost forgot you’re going toneed MIT’s garlic and you’re also gonnaneed some heavy whipping cream[Music][Music]but we can see that our chicken is nowdone it’s past that 165 so it’s time totake this chicken off and go from thereall right so we have our Fredo saucesimmering at the moment that’s gonna bedone momentarily in the meantime I wentahead and pull my chicken off the grillI ended up temping at about 167 degreesso we’re ready to go ahead and chop thatup and eat here momentarily so let’s goahead and get that chopped up and thenwe’re gonna do our taste test[Music]just to show you how creamy the alfredosauce is check this out so when I grabmy spoon you can go to apply it to mypasta I mean you could just see howthick it is it’s real thick you canreally smell the cheese so I am just soexcited to try this so let’s go aheadand do our taste testalrighty so now where’s our moment oftruthwe went ahead and prepare my plate asyou can see I got my green beans I gotmy Fredo oh my gosh I’m just ready totry it so let’s see let’s see if all ourhard work paid off let’s give it a tastetest okayoh my god oh okayno exaggeration this is like a burst offlavor in your mouth so although thatsounds weird but without Fredo sauce isextremely flavorful you can tasteobviously a parmesan that garlic iscoming for really good you can taste theItalian seasoning like the the rosemarythe regular note that’s coming throughreally well and then you go to thechicken you know I seasoned the chickenreally lightly salt pepper garlic justsimple stuff and they’re complementingeach other really well this isdefinitely a winner man I made thisbefore by the way like I made justchickened out Fredo but I never thoughtto grill it until today so this is thefirst time for me and this is definitelygonna be one of my staple meals realsimple that Fredo sauce is probably thehardest part but it’s still not evenhard please please please make this mealyou will really thank yourself and it’llfeed your family for a while like I madethose two chicken breasts in this iseasy gonna be enough for us for the next2-3 days it’s three of us in the houseso there’s gonna be perfect so if
